Q: What do I do if my car breaks down?
A: As long as you’re covered, you simply call the Roadside Assist hotline on 1300 387 592 and our roadside crew will be on their way to help you on yours.
Q: How many call outs can I make each year?
A: You can make a maximum of 4 call outs each year for help with flat batteries, punctures, emergency fuel and more when you’re on the road.
Q: What if my car breaks down at home, am I covered?
A: Yes, as long as your vehicle is not categorised as an exclusion within the Roadside terms and conditions, you are covered.
Q: What happens if my car breaks down in a country area?
A: If your Vehicle has a Mechanical Breakdown which cannot be fixed, we will arrange towing to the nearest recognised repairer. The first 50kms in any direction from the point of Breakdown is free-of-charge, any additional towing costs incurred thereafter will be charged by the Tow Operator and are payable on your credit card.
